The Martin Family Dog Park opened in 2022 and was built by Tim Martin in memory of his parents Bill and Joan Martin. While not part of a publicly-owned park, the Martin Family Dog Park is free for the public to use and is a great place to let your dog run in Elma. It’s located right off the freeway, so if you just need to make a pitstop on your way to the Washington Coast, it’s great for that too.

Vance Creek Dog Park

Wenzel Slough Road, Elma

Located between Vance Creek Pond 1 and Vance Creek Pond 2, off of Wenzel Slough Road, Vance Creek Dog Park Is another place your dog can run free in Elma. It has grassy areas as well as pea gravel, so you don’t have to worry about mud. Rocks and tree trunks provide things for dogs to jump on, while faux fire hydrants encourage your dog to relieve themselves.

Jimmy’s Private Dog Park

Jimmy’s Private Dog Park is the only off-leash dog park in Hoquiam. It is fully fenced, and you can rent it for $7 per hour per dog via Sniffspot.com. They provide drinking water for the dogs, chairs for humans as well as a human restroom, trash cans and lights at night. They also have a mister for hot summer days.
