Buying a local Christmas tree from a local Christmas tree farm keeps your dollars in our community and supports our neighbors, plus it’s just a ton of fun to go the farm, smell the fresh trees and enjoy some cider or cocoa. Beerbower Xmas Tree Farm

Weekends until December 25: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

With 30 acres of Christmas trees, you are sure to find one at Beerbower Xmas Tree Farm in Elma. They open the day after Thanksgiving and have noble, grand and Douglas firs available, from 2 feet to 12 feet! Choose a u-cut Christmas tree or a fresh-cut one. Hedlund Trees

Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Hedlund Christmas Trees in Montesano has noble, Fraser, Nordmann, grand and Douglas fir trees. They open the day after Thanksgiving and will have Santa visiting 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. that Friday-Sunday, as well as the first weekend of December. Once you choose your tree, they will cut it down for you.

Hockett’s Christmas Tree Farm

Hockett’s Christmas Tree Farm has both u-cut and fresh-cut Christmas trees. They offer Douglas, grand, noble and Nordmann firs, as well as wreaths and log reindeer and snowmen. For more information, call 360.249.5209.

KC’s Christmas Tree Farm

KC’s Christmas Tree Farm has not announced if they will be open for 2023 after being closed in 2022. Check back soon!

National Forest Trees

If you want to get your tree from the forest, all you need is a $5 permit. You can choose a tree from certain areas in Forks, Hoodsport, Quilcene, Quinault and the Quinault Special Management area. Fourth graders can receive a free permit. Limit of five permits per household and they cannot be over 15 feet tall. There are some other rules too, so be sure to read through the Recreation.gov site before you go. For more information, visit the National Forest website.
