As of May 1, 2017, Dr. John Eiland, DO, FACOOG will be joining the Hoquiam Clinic and Dr. Nick Hallak in his OB/GYN practice. All of Dr. Eiland’s patients were notified last month of this change via mail.
To schedule appointments occurring on and after May 1 at this location please call 360-537-6430. To avoid any disruption in your care during this transition, Dr. Eiland will be working with Harbor Medical Group to move and coordinate upcoming appointments scheduled on and after May 1 over to the Hoquiam Clinic.
Dr. Eiland remains committed to providing the same great care in this new location and is happy to be joining Harbor Medical Group.
